Cancellation and refund conditions for reservations at Covadonga Lofts

Important Notice

Reservations made directly through our booking engine (Cloudbeds) are strictly non-refundable. This is because direct rates offer the best price guarantee, significantly lower than third-party platforms.

1. Direct Reservations (Cloudbeds)

Non-Refundable

All direct reservations made through our website or Cloudbeds booking engine are non-refundable once confirmed.

Best Price Guaranteed

In exchange for the non-refundable policy, direct reservations offer the best available rates, below any third-party platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

Date Change

In exceptional cases and subject to availability, a date change may be considered at no additional cost, provided it is requested at least 72 hours before check-in. This option is not guaranteed and is at Management's discretion.

2. Third-Party Platform Reservations

Reservations made through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or others are governed by the cancellation policies of each platform. Covadonga Lofts has no control over the refund conditions of these intermediaries. We recommend reviewing the specific policies of the platform where you made your reservation.

3. No-Show

If the Resident does not appear on the check-in date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and 100% of the total reservation will be charged. No refunds will be made nor will the stay be rescheduled.

4. Early Departure

If the Resident decides to leave the unit before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be made for unused nights. The rate is charged for the entirety of the reserved stay.

5. Cancellation by Covadonga Lofts

In the exceptional case that Covadonga Lofts must cancel a reservation for reasons attributable to Management (emergency maintenance, verifiable force majeure, etc.), the Resident will be offered:

Option A: Relocation to a unit of equal or higher category at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Option B: Rescheduling of the stay for alternative dates at no additional cost.

Option C: Full refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 10 business days.

6. Expulsion for Non-Compliance

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, non-compliance with coexistence rules (parties, excessive noise, smoking, illicit substances, property damage) may result in immediate expulsion without right to refund.
