Adhesion Contract for Temporary Use of Residential Unit

By confirming your reservation at any of the Covadonga Lofts locations, the guest fully accepts these terms and conditions. We recommend reading this document carefully before making your reservation.
This document regulates the agreement for temporary use of private residential space at the Covadonga Lofts complex (hereinafter, "The Property"). By confirming your reservation, the individual (hereinafter, "The Temporary Resident") accepts that this agreement is of a strictly civil nature and residential character.
The Resident acknowledges that the property does not operate as a traditional commercial lodging establishment, but as a complex of independent lofts under an autonomous and private management model.
Identity Validation: It is an essential condition for access to present valid and physical official identification upon arrival.
Security Protocol: Access is managed through dynamic codes. The unit code is delivered exclusively after identity validation. Management reserves the right of admission and stay in case of aggressive behavior or lack of documentation.
The Temporary Resident assumes full responsibility and restoration costs for damage to the designer materials integrated in the unit:
Marble and Natural Stone: The use of chemicals, acids (lemon, vinegar) or abrasive substances that stain or fracture the coverings is prohibited. Any damage will require specialized restoration billed to the Resident.
Technological Infrastructure: The 55" screens and Xbox Cloud Gaming systems are monitored. Any manipulation, damage or removal of peripherals will result in immediate charge for the replacement value of new equipment.
Windows and Glass: Negligent use of tempered glass or aluminum profiles resulting in breakage will be the direct responsibility of the Resident.
Hydraulic Engineering: It is prohibited to pour solid waste into drains that compromise the pneumatic hydromassage system.
Our units are designed under a "Living-Out" concept, optimized for premium rest, security, and digital productivity. Being a 100% electric and gas-free complex, the units do not have kitchen facilities.
The entry and use of electric grills, portable stoves, air fryers, or any external cooking equipment is strictly prohibited due to fire and overload risk.
The Resident accepts that the use of facilities is optional and at their own risk, releasing Management from all civil or criminal liability for:
Gym and Jacuzzi (Toronja exclusive): The use of equipment and hydromassage systems is the exclusive responsibility of the user. Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, falls, or medical conditions resulting from their use.
Stairs and Surfaces: The property features marble and stone finishes that can be slippery. The Resident assumes the duty of care when walking on stairs and uneven surfaces, releasing the property from liability for falls or trips.
Parking: The use of the parking area does not constitute a deposit or custody contract. Management is not responsible for theft (total or partial), damage, collisions, or vandalism to vehicles, nor for objects left inside.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for external interruptions in energy, water, or internet supply (CFE or external provider failures).
Smoke-Free Space: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited. Violation generates an automatic charge of $3,000.00 MXN for technical sanitization and cleaning of porous surfaces.
Health and Allergies: Due to critical health reasons of the host (documented allergies), pets or assistance animals are not allowed.
Zero Tolerance: Parties, noisy gatherings, and the use of illicit substances are prohibited. Non-compliance will result in immediate expulsion without right to refund.
Image Use: The use of facilities for commercial photo shoots or filming without prior authorization and payment of rights is prohibited.
Digital Privacy: It is the Resident's obligation to log out of Xbox and streaming platform sessions. Management is not responsible for subsequent use of accounts left active.
Packages: Reception of deliveries (Amazon, etc.) is a courtesy without liability for Management for damage or loss.
Minors: Must be under constant supervision. Any damage caused by a minor will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.
Forgotten Items: Safekeeping of forgotten items is for a maximum of 15 calendar days.

Check-out can be done at any time within the indicated schedule. If for personal reasons you need to check out before 7:00 AM, you must notify staff the night before to coordinate the unit handover.
The maximum capacity of each unit is defined in the loft description at the time of booking. Exceeding the indicated capacity may result in cancellation of the stay without right to refund.
The reservation holder must be over 18 years of age and present valid official identification.
For the interpretation and compliance of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of present or future domicile.
For group reservations with a special rate or negotiated discount, breakfast service is not included, unless it has been specifically and formally added to the corresponding quote.
Any additional services not expressly included in the approved quote must be contracted and paid for separately. The signed or written-confirmed quote shall be the only valid document to determine the services included in the group rate.
