The Management of Covadonga Lofts, with operational address in Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
To provide our services, we may collect the following personal data:
Identification data: Full name, date of birth, nationality.
Contact data: Email address, phone number.
Official identification data: Type and number of ID presented at check-in.
Video surveillance images: Captured by the CCTV system in common areas and exteriors of the property.
Browsing data: Information automatically collected when visiting our website (cookies, IP address, browser type).

Ensure the security and integrity of the property and its occupants.

The Management does not have access to your login credentials on Smart TVs, video game consoles, or streaming platforms installed in the units. We do not store information from your personal accounts. It is the Resident's responsibility to log out of their sessions before ending their stay.
Your personal data may be shared with the following third parties for the indicated purposes:

1. Full name of the data subject.
2. Clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
3. Copy of valid official identification.
4. Email or address to receive the response.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of your complete request, in accordance with the LFPDPPP.
Covadonga Lofts has video surveillance systems (CCTV) in common areas and exteriors of the property for the exclusive purpose of ensuring the safety of residents and the integrity of the property. Recordings are kept for a maximum period of 30 calendar days, after which they are automatically deleted, unless required for legal proceedings.
